Now, we need a Banner, so I decided to hold a contest.

What you need to do: Make a Forum Banner with at least Cell Buu and Frieza in it, with the name, 'Return of Conflict' in Bold Text somewhere near the middle of the banner.

The winner will receive 25,000 PL and 20,000 Zenni.
