I want everyone to have their powerlevel listed so that we know how high it is so we don't have the issue of last minute training before entering the topic.

so that would be the powerlevel you have when the saga starts and any ki gain you get after you write your powerlevel up will not be counted towards ki you have at the start of the saga.

WTF? We are already in a saga.

because everyone saw that saga was not going to last long when it is about 5 against 1 or two. So me kei and virgil thought it would be easier to add NPC characters that would be able to make things more even for the Saga.
